OSTs have similar limits and will corrupt after 2gigs like a PST

I am doing some investigating at the moment.  I have found that outlook
can only handle 2Gb pst file or 60,000 messages which ever comes first.

But when using exchange to hold the mailbox data there is no physical
size limit,  would the 60,000 message still apply?
