We are running Exchange 2003. This user can't receive messages because it shows his mailbox is full. He doesn't have a very large mailbox compared to others that can receive large attachments. In exchange under Message delivery Defaults I set the Receiving message size to No limit, and restarted the services. No luck. Under his account in AD Exchange General, Storage Limits, I set the Use mailbox store defaults. It was set to 45000 on the issue warning and 75000 on the Prohibit send. Any ideas? Below is the NDR it get a copy of. thanks The following recipient(s) could not be reached: Username on 1/24/2006 9:12 AM The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full. <ex02.crossoil.com #5.2.2> _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Both the individual sending this e-mail and Cross Oil Refining and Marketing Inc. intend that this electronic message be used exclusively by the individual or entity to which it is intended to be addressed. This message may contain information that is privileged, confidential and thereby exempt and protected from unauthorized disclosure under applicable law.
