You can export the ESM view from the mmc console as a delimitted text file, you 
even have the option of sorting by mail box size, messages, mailbox name, 
etc... 
 
Once you have the text file you can do whatever you want, excel, crystal 
reports, mail merge, parse the file with a script, etc...
