Need some help on this setup  

 

Let me start by listing the goals:

 

Purge    Inbox /including subfolder                           90 days

                Deleted Items /including subfolder         90 days

                Sent Items /including subfolder                360 days

Exclude "Retention folder" (custom name) /including subfolder from being purged.

 

The only way to accomplish subfolders is to check the  "ALL OTHER MAILBOX FOLDERS"

 

 

The issues is when I exclude the "Retention folder" (created it in the GUI and unchecked it) subfolder still get purged due to the "ALL OTHER MAILBOX FOLDERS" check box.

 

 

Any one has any ideas how to get around this?
