Mail box move

    A mailbox was in the process of being moved and has failed but the
lock on the mailbox is still in place. After deleting the
GarbageCollPeriodattribuite and settingthe associated external account
on the mailbox I still cannot get into it. Does anyone know how to
access it without having to take down the store?
