[ExchangeList] Mail Problem

Hi all,
Can you please guide me to resolve our email issue.
We can receive emails from a certain company <@domain.com> but our mails CAN NOT GET THROUGH (can't be sent). All our mails just sets there in the queue.
"The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt."
BTW, I have no problem sending and receiving from my yahoo.com account.
