JOhn,

        Create a contact list in Exchagne 2000 using Active Directory
Users and Computers ... after that from Active Directory pick the user
and goto delivery tab and use the forwarding option.. pick the Contact
list you created and assign that contact list as forwarding address for
the user....

That's it!!
