MSN Mail

All,
I saw the previous post about MSN Mail. The problem that I am having
is that all the mail that is being sent to msn.com is getting deffered, or
connection reset . I did call MSN and they were no help. They would not
transferr me to a higher level of tech support, nor could they tell me if
they were blocking my IP.
I did do some research and was wondering if MSN in quering the
ident port. We have recenty installed a Pix and are blocking that port. We
currenty are using sendmail (ugh) and are moving to Exchange in three weeks
(yahoo).
Any insight or a better way to get into MSN support, with out me having to
go knock on their door.
