I am having the same issues with the Hi, Hello, and randomly changing subject lines. Blocking IP's is not an option for me, as our server mainly receives email from the government and school districts. I am blocking all outgoing and incoming to the best of my filter's abilities, but some are still sneaking through. Also, it is not necessary the fault of the sender is it? These worms are spoofing addresses.... -----Original Message----- From: Mike Dufoe [mailto:dufoem@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, January 29, 2004 12:24 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: MSExchange.org - Real-Time Article Update http://www.MSExchange.org/ What I've been doing is blocking IP's that have been sending us the emails and informing their admins and I also setup our virus software to block any emails that have the subject lines with Hi, Hello, Test, Error, File, Document, Message, Readme, Body Data, Doc, Server Report and Mail Delivery. -----Original Message----- From: Hermano JS. I already scan the Server and all inbox and I didn't find any viruses. Actually some users open some files and the anti-virus catch them and delete it. Any suggestion of anything that I might still need to do?
