Summary: If you are going to allow people outside of your organization to use 
Exchange to collaborate with each other you don’t really want to give them 
access to your default Public Folders, so in this article we will look at 
creating a new Public Folder tree, a new Public Folder Store, how to allow 
access to it via a web browser, and some of the configuration options you might 
want to apply.
