MS Exchange Information Service does not start

I have installed exchange 2000 and from the beginning information store service doesnot restart.I take this message from eventviewer:
1-)event id:7001
Information store depends on the information store filesystem service which failed to start because of the fallowing error:
This driver has been blocked from loading.
