MS Exchange Back up,

All,

I'm using MS Exchange Server 2000, SP2. I tried to backup the mail box but it 
cannot be restored, If I Dismount mail box and Public Folder and backup by 
windows utility then restore: it work ok

Anyone help me to back up online or setting auto Dismount to backup.
