MS Exchange 2000

I need some help. I have 60 users on my exchange server using Outlook 98
and 2000. 1 user, using Outlook 2000 is having problems with
"send/receive". They have to send and receive manually. I have tested on
other machines and same problem occurs. Not NIC card, Not cable, Not
account because I have reconfigured it twice. I am using "Personnel
Folders" and when they recieve it will appear in their control mailbox but
will not continue on to the personnel mailbox.
Can anyone help.
