I have one client using it with Exchange 2000. From my understanding and what I have seen working with it CRM does not exactly integrate with Exchange. It rather has a piece that has been described to me as similar to an event sink whereby incoming e-mail with the CRM information in the subject line will be rerouted to the CRM server.
