Outside of the m.p.mom.* newsgroups, no. There is a mailing list I
subscribed to a while ago, but that's had a grand total of 72 posts
since August 5th 2004. I'll be happy to answer any Exchange-related MOM
questions here (although I'm going into hospital tomorrow for a few
days).
The newsgroups are fairly good, and are actively monitored by several
MSFT people.
