MIGRATION - Native Mode

Dear all,
We are in the process of migrating resources from the existing exchange
5.5 organization to a new exchange 2003 organization.
We require the following:
1) Co-existence between the Exchange 5.5 Org and Exchange 2003 Org with
calendaring - we plan to use inter-org replication tool (EXCHSYNC) to
replicate free/busy and public folders!!!!!
- Your comments on it. Is it possible? and your
suggestions....
2) GAL Synchronization - ADC inter-org CA
- Your comment and suggestions or any other tools available.
3) We would like to promote Exchange 2k3 org to Native Mode to take maximum
benefits.
- When can we switch the mode - Is it possible to promote at
initial stage before migration or switch can be done only after the
migration.
- Does this have any effect on inter-operability discussed
above (will SRS required???)
