Local IPs

Hi,
I had a problem in my exchange 5.5 a few days ago:
our DNS was stopped and we renewed the domain (with same settings of DNS
number and MX).. After the reconnection, some of the computers in my network
are not able to access the domain or exchange server.
I use NT 4 in mixed environment. My network has local IPs and real IPs. The
computers with local IPs only has this problem..
Any Idea??
