One of my user outlook personnel pst file is 1GB and archive file is 1 GB total outlook mails are 2GB so when ever he try to open any of his mail its taking long time to open and system is getting slow. PC is IBM P IV 2.8MHz 512MB RAM. I am using Exchange 2000 server. User wants to keep his old mails in his outlook only for reference, how to mamage this please help me.
