Well it's assigned to us by Bellnet.ca each time we connect to the
internet via PPPoE, making it static. :)

DAMN IT all!! 

I told the powers that be that I am going to ask Bell their ISP to
change their static IP, but if their IP gets banned I will have no
choice but to remove access to their non-authenticated workstations
(mainly notebook computers) to relay through SMTP and start checking
them under the microscope for spam ware, and viruses.

Looks like it's either a dynamic IP address, or it's been relaying spam.

Same client who some employees don't get all their emails, one of them
who does get all his emails got this message yesterday. Is this error
related to IMF being set too high? I have it set to 3 on both options.
