Is it possible to map a Date field when exporting from Outlook?

I currently need to export a folder of emails to either Excel or Access
but I cannot add the date the email was received, which is really not
such a good thing.
There are many mapping fields that are absolutely irrelevant and some
relevant fields (date received, among others) are not there.
