Is it because of spam blocking sites!?

Dear All,

We have Exchange Server 2000. Several weeks ago, we had a huge amount of spam
emails. So, we installed Mail Essentials gateway 6.0 for Exchange Server.
After that, spam emails stopped. 
Mail server seems working properly. But, some users argueing that they did
not receive emails from their very important partners. But rest of users
still getting emails from outside no problem. We checked on sites that block
emails as spam. Some of them cleared our server from their blacklist.
However, we still have problems. I tested from and
sending email to myself and other users. It's no problem. 
I don't know why.

Is there any one can help me?
