[ExchangeList] Re: Internet mail not received by new mailbox after migration from 5. 5 to 2033

Should I create the connection agreement on the Exchange 2003 server or on
the First Domain Controller-PDC?

We are talking about something I haven't done in a couple of years, but I'm
pretty sure that that is what you want. A two-way connection agreement
between 5.5 and 2003. It shouldn't affect the default connection between
2003 and AD.

No advanced view in ADC, just ESM and ADUC.

If I add a new connection agreement in ADC, going from Windows To Exchange
5.5. Does anything happen to the agreement from Exchange 2003 to AD?

Yep. Isn't there an advanced view or something?

When I first created it during the migration it was two-way. I do not see it
in ADC now, just one from EX2003 to AD. Should it still be there?

Wow. 5.5. That's starting to be a LONG time ago.

Is your ADC a two-way connector? It sounds as if the 5.5 server isn't aware
of the existence of the new mailboxes.

I have 4 mailboxes that I added to Ex2003 that are not receiving internet
mail. They can receive internal mail. I added the mailboxes to Ex2003 1 week
after migrating from 5.5 to 2003. I still have the 5.5 server running as the
gateway to the internet for inbound mail, have not been able to move the
last 2 mailboxes and DL's off the 5.5 server yet.

Do I need to redo the ADC since I have added the new mailboxes to Ex2003?
