If you use MSN internally with your name @company.com how would you use MSN
externally? Would you have to switch profiles from @company.com to @hotmail.com
to talk to outside users?

It can be used to use MSN messenger internally, ie. Without having to use
MS's servers.

Also, the users will use their e-mail address as their account name, instead
of some hotmail address which is required for public MSN.

I'm running Exchange 2000 SP2. One feature I've not really looked into yet
is the Instant Messaging. Are there any benefits of this over just
downloading MSN messenger & running that ? Also is it difficult to set up ?
I can't find much documentation about it. Any help/advice much appreciated.
