Installing Conferencing Server

Hi Guys,
I am trying to set up conferencing server in my domain, and I am trying to get
a step by step document to guide me on the installation of this product.
I have installed exchange 2000 server and that is working fine, I have now
installed conferencing server but the product is giving me problems.
Could anyone please help me with the step by step installation of conferencing
server after exchange 2000 server has been installed.
