Installed Service Pack 2 No IMF

I have installed service pack 2 but now there seems to be no intelligent
message filter..
I previously had IMF version one installed, but got no warning to remove
it.
After the installation of service pack 2 I tried the following
Reinstall IMF 1
Uninstall IMF 1
Reinstall SP2 still no IMP
or at least under SMTP services there is no IMF icon
anyone have any ideas. I there a separate install for IMF
