Nothing really, well I thought so. After reseaching and digging through all sorts, I found the answer in a change one of our junior administrators made. He disabled the default domain controller policy. This in trun stops the GC servers from functioning, and we all know how Exchange relies of the CG especially the Information store that would not start.
