Information store crash

Hi,
im getting the following errors:
In application log i get:

Computer: BIGBLUE
Description:
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated
unexpectedly. It has done this 8 time(s). The following corrective
action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.
I have win2k sp4 exhange 2000 sp3 and the antivirus is Panda
ExchangeSecure without stoping the antivirus the information store keeps
stoping.
Any ideias?
