Information Store Queues

I have third party software that is telling me that I have 11 messages
stuck in the Information Store Sent Item Queue. How do I find them in
ESM? They are not in the Protocol, SMTP Queue and I have enumerated all
messages in all of the queues listed there. Is there somewhere else the
sent item queues are stored for the Information Store? If so how do I
get to them?
