How about create a mailbox, create a rule to forward all incoming mail
to itself, then send a big email to it!
I'm sure it wouldn't take 2 days, especially if you use outlook on the
test server (not allowed in production from what I remember!)

I want to test one of our products with 250 GB and 500 GB EDB size on my
exchange 2003 Server.
I am using Loadsim 2003 and its taking two days for creating 500 GB.
Is there any other tool to create big size EDB in couple of hours?
