Cant you configure outlook to show the "to" field in the inbox. That way
you can see who its from, who its sent to, the subject, date, favourite
colour etc

Subject: [exchangelist] Identifying the receiving address

When a mailbox is configured with multiple SMTP addresses, incoming mail
in Outlook only shows the user's display name. I know it's possible to
determine the recipient address by viewing the Internet headers. Does
anyone know a way to have the destination address display instead of or
in addition to the display name in a message?
