[ExchangeList] ISA 2000 web mail access problem

Dear All,
I am expericncing a problem configuring Web access on ISA 2000 running on a
Windows 2000 server. I used the ISA 2000 feature pack and I am not sure what is
wrong as I have repeated the set up several times iin vain. The internal IP is
correct, the public, exchange and exchweb configurations are also correct but
when one trials to access the web mail service they receive the message "page
cannot be displayed". ANy technical advise will be appreciated.
I also experience a different on the same server where our remote should dial
into our server and that is also not working. Any clues?
