It is.  On Standard Edition.  On Enterprise Edition of 5.5 it's bigger, but
I don't recall the number off hand.  I know I've heard of Priv's in the 70
GB range on 5.5 (don't do that, but I've heard of it)!

Upgrading from Standard to Enterprise is literally as simple as buying the
license and installing the upgrade over your existing installation.  I've
never heard of it crashing, but you want a good backup just in case.
