Doing some really basic maths, 64GB - 46GB = 18GB space used on D:
Is there a 16GB size limit on Exchange 5.5 - if there is you could of
hit the limit! 

I can't remember if this is the case on 5.5 - but somebody else will
know!

Hello,
On my Exchange server 5.5, IS service restart all time (twice a day).
I have Win2000 server with 2 partitions. The first C have 4 GB space
with only 500 MB free space. The second D have 64 GB with 46 GB free
space.
Exchange directories are installed in the two disk.
Can you help me.
