Better to give the article number.  Even though found one, I've seen a few.

You might also include any history and other programs installed.

One of my Exchange 5.5 SP4 servers is giving me an error that I can't get to
the bottom of. When I try to open the IMS properties of this server, I get
an error dialog stating:

Extension 'SMTP' could not be loaded. 
A problem occurred with the extension .dll file, possibly due to a memory
shortage. Close some applications or windows, and try again.

Microsoft Exchange Administrator
ID no: c10312c6 

The solution listed under the only KB article to refer to this specific
error (KB324332) does not apply in this case. Can anyone provide any insight
on this one?
