Hi Mark

Many thanks for your quick reply.

Sorry. I should have said. It has been one heck of a day so please accept my
apologies. I enable them and start the services and get as far as a logon
prompt in OE but no authentication of any type ever takes place? Is there
something else I am missing? I even deliberately tried entering my credentials
four plus times to see if my account would lockout (our GP are to do that) and
it didn't?

I ahve honestly tried everything I can think of and it just refuses to even try
and autenticate from what i can make out?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

Paul Lemonidis.

Exchange 2003 has the POP3 and IMAP4 services disabled by default.

  Hi all

I have setup Outlook Express to work against Exchange 2000 using IMAP and\or
POP3 several times without any great problems. With 2003 it just totally
refuses to work no matter what I do?

Has something changed in 2003? Any ideas please anyone?

  Regards,

  Paul Lemonidis.
