Sorry, I left out that you have to select properties first then from there
you can add.

You can also right click on the ICON on your desktop then select
add/internet e-mail. But you would be better to reconfigure outlook for
Internet only. If you can't seem to get it done with the other suggestions
you can easily reinstall outlook and select Internet mail only during setup.

Go to Control Panel, Mail Icon. You can configure POP
from there.
