Hi Everyone,
I need precious advice from you people my scenario goes
this way... We are having an Old p3 compaq Ml530 Server with win2000 and
exchange 2000 installed on it with 100 users now recently we have bought a
new p4 compaq ml370 server with good configuration so i would like to
migrate whole exchange on the new server then i would like to upgrade to
win2003 and exchange.
Solution.
1)Install win2000 on new server as a additional domain controller
2)Install exchange 2000 as a site server
3)Transfer all the Fsmo roles from the old server to the new server.
4)upgrade exchange 2000 to 2003
5)upgrade win2003
6)move all the mailboxes to new server from old server
I need you precious comments and I hope if there are any mistakes in my
procedure you ppl will sure help me out
