Try this KB article.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;316281&Product=e
xch2003#2

The only drawback with this procedure is you must restart the RESvc and
smtp services when you change the rejection list membership.

We are also active/passive.

Have fun!

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I forgot to add that I'm on an Active/passive cluster.

I know how to creat a new SMTP connector, etc. for
stopping certain people/groups from sending/receiving
email from the internet.

However, I don't have a clue as if this process will
working on an active/passive cluster with a shared
SMTP resource.

Anyone know?

Thanks, Jared
