As an exchange administrator with full admin rights you should have access
to do this anyway. If not create a policy so that this permission is
cascaded dwon.

Subject: [exchangelist] How to open users mailbox in exchange 2000 ?

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I would like to open a users mailbox using admin rights.
I don't want to reset the users password to do this.

How can I read in a users mailbox ?

Thank you for your help in advance.
Ingo
