How to import Offline Global Address List from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003

Hi all,
After mirgrating all mailboxes from exchange 5.5 to
exchange 2003 with migrate wizard tool of exchange
2003, I don't know how to import offline global
address list(CSV file) to my new exchange 2003.Pls
help me.Thanks.
