pst works much the same way as the exchange store (and all microsoft
programs). once it sucks up the space it doesnt give it back

my suggestion... zip the thing up with maximum compression. probably
will fit on a 1.44mb floppy disk after that

        Hi all
        I created a personal folder(size 150Mb) that I cannot copy to a
100Mb zip drive, using Outlook 2000. To reduce the size of that folder,
I deleted most of its content. To my surprise, the folder size remains
the same. Any thoughts on how to decrease the size of my personal
folder?
        Thanks in advance
        Papi
