Mark,

Thanks for the information on the Autoaccept agent. Would the original
configuration per your write up still apply to the resource mailboxes
(http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF019.html) if I opt to use the
autoaccept agent instead, or once I have enabled my mailbox with the
auto accept agent these are defaulted values???? Thanks for the
information on Auto Accept, I am tweaking something together for it this
morning but am curious to know if the settings I originally set on my
mailboxes per (http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF019.html) need to
be removed or defaulted back to original values... I have not yet tested
the agent, rather I am reading up on its setup now..

Thanks!

Javier Sola

P.S. sorry about the unrecognized characters in my last few emails, that
was from my blackberry and I guess the fonts didn't translate to plain
text!

You have more configuration options if you use the AutoAccept agent, I
am not saying the information in the MSExchange article is wrong (after
all I did write it).

There is no way to modify the icon.

Hi Mark,

Why would I want to use the AutoAccept Agent for Exchange, rather then
creating a Resource Mailbox in Exchange 2000 / 2003?
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF019.html .

Can I ask what the advantage is? Since we are on the resoource topic,
does Microsoft have a way to allow you to change the resource Icon, such
as, I would like Conference rooms to use one type of Icon and Projector
resources to use another type of Icon?

Sincerely,
Jose Medeiros
