Hi Mark,

Just thought I would ask, I mentioned it to Mike Nash at Microsoft several
years back and he forwarded the suggestion to a program manger on the Exchange
development team, I was just hoping Microsoft would have a resource kit utility
by know to allow such changes.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, and your article was very well written.

Regards,

Jose Medeiros

You have more configuration options if you use the AutoAccept agent, I
am not saying the information in the MSExchange article is wrong (after
all I did write it).

There is no way to modify the icon.

Hi Mark,

Why would I want to use the AutoAccept Agent for Exchange, rather then
creating a Resource Mailbox in Exchange 2000 / 2003?
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF019.html .

Can I ask what the advantage is? Since we are on the resource topic,
does Microsoft have a way to allow you to change the resource Icon, such
as, I would like Conference rooms to use one type of Icon and Projector
resources to use another type of Icon?

Sincerely,
Jose Medeiros
