How do you add a computer to an ou that has a UPN suffix added to it

I used the shared hostin with exchange 2003 (a very good article) and now
I'm attempting to add a machine to the ou with the suffix. I have added
the suffix to my dns and the machine I'm attempting to add currently
exists in the domain that hosts the ou but I recieve the ol'

The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.bsnpp.com
Common causes of this error include the following:
- The DNS SRV record is not registered in DNS.
- One or more of the following zones do not include delegation to its
child zone:
