I have double checked this this morning. The SP versions shown on servers
through the ESM is definately the Exchange service pack version. This also
applies to 5.5

No you cannot, that will show you the service pack for Windows 2000 and
the MMC not Exchange :-)

Go into Esm and list the servers of the admin group in the left hand
pain. Then click on a server and the details will appear in the right
hand pain including details of which SP it is running

I pick up a job running Exchange 2k. I want to install SP3, but I want
to make sure SP2 is already installed. I went to Exchange Systems
Manger and looked at About/Help and it only told me about Win2k. It
tells me I am running SP3 for Win2k, which I already knew about because
I installed it. How do I find out exactly what service pack was already
installed on Exchange 2k? Thanks, in advance. Phil
