You could use Exmerge. That will pull from the old and you can dump it
in the new.
Personally I don't go for this stuff. Everyone gets a fresh mailbox. Old
mail gets archived and if there is a need someone can come see me.

Subject: [exchangelist] How do I export a mailbox to a new user?

Scenario: User A leaves, User B takes over same responsabilities.

How do I transfer the content of User A's mailbox to User B?

User B's new mailbox has been created, User A's email address given to
User B.

Now I also need User A's inbox, folders, contacts, tasks (the whole !#)
to be transferred. How can this be achieved?
