Here is a site that can do this. It takes your message tracking logs and outputs them into a access data base. It has built in queries in in their .asp pages that get basic queries such as how many messages sent who sends most etc. I got it from http://www.outlookexchange.com/articles/glenscales/mtrackrs.asp I tested this and works great. Let me know if you have issues getting it up, takes a bit to get it working. You can also find third party solutions (MOM, qwest but cost hefty, but you can use their trial versions) -----Original Message----- From: mpreziosi@xxxxxxxx [mailto:mpreziosi@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, December 12, 2005 11:58 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] How can I count number of email messages per day on Exchange 2003? http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hello I need to get an approximation of the number of messages that flow through our Exchange 2003 email system on a daily basis. I can't seem to find a tool to do this. I have one Exchange 2003 SP1 server with 684 mailboxes on it. Thanks for your help. ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp ------------------------------------------------------ Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: chongja@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
