When you install outlook and you have been using outlook express as soon as you 
open outlook with the new client it should prompt you to import.
If not try the file import option on outlook.
To find the folders in outlook express on the drive opne outlook expresss then 
right click a folder an dclick properties it should tell you were the folders 
are on the drive.
