The workstations I know it's sounds dump but sometimes you have to
refresh, and when you reboot turn it off physically and restart.
I had a similar problem but forgot what I did to fix, it but we did fix
it

Kevin,
Is your Global Catlog server seperate from the Exchange server? Have you
checked if the GC server is OK. Did you check the Event log both System
and
Application logs in Exchange server? Any errors ? Give me the event IDs
if
any errors..

Regards,

Raj

Hi Raj,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes the GAL is not displayed in the Outlook Address Book. All Clients
are
running Outlook 2000. The server has been rebooted.

Have also noticed that clients get the following error when they attempt
to
print e-mail.

"No matching entries were found"

I be grateful for any ideas that you have.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone,

We have just installed Service pack 2, on our Exchange 2000 server.
Following the install we appear to have completely lost the Global
Address
List. We can still send and receive okay. Nothing else appears to be
wrong, or have gone missing. Any help you can give would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks

Kevin
