Firstly, please make sure your D: have enough free size to accomodate your database. otherwise your need to add one more hardisk on the system. Secondly, stop all service which Exchange server use. eg. System attandance, Information Store ... etc. Thirdly, run "Microsoft Exchange Optimizer" , this program will give you oppotunity to change the location of database, you can relocate the Information Store to D drive or new driver. Finally, Restart the server.
